These IFAK (Infantry /Individual Combat First Aid Kit.)  are in used but good to very good condition with all the items listed in Usable form. Some of the outer pouches are dusty, wash them when you get them. They come with the following: Nasopharyngeal Airway tube, Gloves, EDT (Emergency Trauma Dressing, Med tape, Compressed Gauze, Tourniquet (Hope you never need this, however this works very well when you need to put maximum pressure on a wound.) Okay,…so this comes with the Molle Pouch and is good to go. If you Hunt, or just want a serious first aid kit, this is the ticket.
